2.4. Marketing packages, including special offers, are non-refundable. Clients may, however, cancel their digital marketing services with a 30-day written notice.

2.5. Deposits or payments made for projects that remain inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days are non-refundable.

2.6. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds after successful delivery of services. In very rare cases, if the service fails to meet the specifications outlined in the invoice, the possibility of a full refund will be considered. This option is not anticipated, but if a service failure occurs, the case will be carefully evaluated, and a refund will be processed if deemed necessary.
