2. Refund Policy
2.1. Arsendo Consultant Ltd follows a strict refund policy due to the nature of our work, which is divided into milestone-based phases. Each project begins with a detailed analysis and a scope of work agreement to ensure clarity between both parties.
2.2. Refunds are not available for completed work or milestones. If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client retains ownership of all completed work, and payments for future work will be void. However, no refunds will be issued for prior payments or deposits.
2.3. Once mock-up designs are approved and development begins, no refunds will be offered. Similarly, no partial refunds will be provided for projects midway through a milestone.
2.4. Marketing packages, including special offers, are non-refundable. Clients may, however, cancel their digital marketing services with a 30-day written notice.
2.5. Deposits or payments made for projects that remain inactive or abandoned for more than 30 days are non-refundable.
2.6. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds after successful delivery of services. In very rare cases, if the service fails to meet the specifications outlined in the invoice, the possibility of a full refund will be considered. This option is not anticipated, but if a service failure occurs, the case will be carefully evaluated, and a refund will be processed if deemed necessary. This policy applies only to foreign company registration services and not to marketing packages or digital products. If there is a delay or non-receipt of digital products, the client may contact us for redelivery, which is typically handled after successful completion of the purchase or within one to two weeks depending on the type of service provided.

3.1. Client Obligations: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when using our services and are required to update their information as needed.
3.2. Prohibited Activities: Clients shall not engage in illegal activities or misuse our services in any manner.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Accepted Payment Methods: We offer multiple payment options, including:

4.2. PayPal Payments: PayPal payments will be made in GBP, equivalent to the USD amount. Any additional fees charged by PayPal are beyond our responsibility.

4.5. Payment Deadlines: Payment for invoices must be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
4.6. Payment Delivery: Digital products, such as eBooks or video courses, will be delivered immediately to the client’s email upon purchase. For marketing services, delivery times vary based on the selected package, with completion typically between 1 and 30 days.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Clients wishing to cancel any service must provide a cancellation notice at least one week in advance. Failure to provide such notice will result in the application of a penalty.

6. Penalty for Late Payment
6.1. If a client fails to make payment within 48 hours of the invoice date, a penalty of 20% of the total invoice amount will be applied for each week of delay. This penalty will continue to accrue weekly until the payment is received in full.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Arsendo Consultant Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
7.2. The total liability of Arsendo Consultant Ltd, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
